A blend of Mt Gambier and Coonawarra fruit, the master of detail and precision, Patrick Sullivan has headed further afield to SA to craft this beauty. Notes of nectarines, spice and hazelnuts lead into a fleshy and flavoursome core, framed by a minerally cage of phenolics. There's alovely earthy energy to the wine, thanks to the volcanic soils of the Limestone Coast. A kiss of French oak adds complexity and detail.
