Made in Alsace, this pet nat is blend of Auxerrois, Pinot noir , Riesling, Pinot gris, Muscat with 1 week of skin contact. This has a big, open nose with loads of bubbles and bright, fresh red fruit. On the palate it is creamy and generous with the bright fruit flavours continued. Gorgeous deep pink in the glass with a little haziness from the bottle ferment. Delicious on its own, great with food and fruity enough to have with a light berry based dessert.
