Returns & Cancellations
If any goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. I.e. we will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or otherwise unsatisfactory. In order to do this we require you to return the unfinished portion of any opened botttle. Please send an email to email@example.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind, so please choose carefully.
