2017 Black Estate Netherwood Pet-Nat
Our first ever Pet-Nat. A co-ferment of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir that grow together in one block at our oldest hillside vineyard, Netherwood. Coral on the eye! Watermelon, tangelo fish just smoked and hints of nori on the nose. On the palate - strawberry, tangelo rind and soy sauce. Full but fine texture. Effervescent. Good with Motanau crayfish and shellfish. Cool like Netherwood.
