On the nose and palate this is currently white flowers, beeswax, honey, ripe apricots, and apple, but the good people at Millton are convinced it has 15 years aging potential in it - and we agree. Aged Chenin Blanc is one of the great delights of the wine world and we'll be popping a bottle or two away for the future.
